  • How can I buy an item from guddee.in?
    Guddee.in only takes online orders through its website gudee.in or ameforyou.com. We do not take any order on phone or via email and we do not have retail outlets. If you are having any problem placing an order, you can whatsapp our customer care at +91 8928075806 or ping in our Live Chat support on our website between Monday to Saturday between 10.30 am to 7 pm and we’ll help you place the order. Alternatively, you can write to us at support@ameforyou.com anytime and we’ll get back to you ASAP.
  • Can I buy in bulk from guddee.in?
    You cannot place a bulk order at the Guddee.in website directly. However, we do have a corporate sales & bulk orders team which caters to bespoke and/or large gifting requirements. We can help you with bulk orders as small as 50 pieces to as large at 500 pieces. Please write to us at support@ameforyou.com and someone from our sales team will get in touch with you shortly.
  • Will my product look exactly as it is seen on the website?
    All products on our webiste are handcrafted and are samples to how your final customised products will look. We try to keep the look, style and colors similar but as its handcrafted slight possibility of variations are possible.
  • Do you gift wrap or provide packaging options?
    Yes, we can. Just tick on Gift and choose the occassion we shall accordingly try to wrap it with the best possible option. There will be an additional charges added and will be informed at the checkout.
  • How soon are the products delivered?
    Our products are delivered Pan India to 17.5 K pincodes. Post Making time of the handcrafed products as displayed on each product page, it takes another 3-4 days at max to reach you. There are circumstances beyond our and our delivery partners control and in such situations we try our best to intimate you about the delay.
  • How do I use gift vouchers and/or discount codes?
    You can use the gift voucher or the discount coupon code at the ‘Order Summary’ section during the checkout process. There is an option to enter the code at the bottom left hand side of this section. You cannot apply both coupon code and gift voucher at the same time. You can use only one thing at a time.
  • Can I modify my order after I have placed it on Guddee.in?
    There are only few changes that we can make once you have placed an order on Guddee.in, depending on how soon you inform us. We generally process all our orders once the product is made as per the making time. Once the orders are processed, it is very difficult to make any changes to the order. Also, we do not make any changes on any of our customised products as the same is already in progress once orders are placed. In general, we can make the following changes if you inform us quickly: a.Name of recipient b.Message to the recipient – you can both add or modify a message for gift packagng c.Tentative date of delivery Changing the address of delivery is a big hassle since we work with multiple delivery partners. Hence, if you have accidently provided the wrong address, we would suggest informing us at the earliest to rectify the address. Once the order is dispatched, we will not be able to change the delivery address.   • For creating Guddee what all is required by the customer?
    The customer needs to provide the right image with high resolution as stated in Photo reference section on the particular product page. Secondly, provide rigtly spelled names, content or any detail as per the product that is to be customised. Once entered incorrectly and it's taken ahead for making/ creating the product its impossible to make changes on the same and it shall be dispcatched the way the details were provided. We in certain cases may feel something is off and try to connect with you over provided number or email id, we shall wait for 24 hours and then continue with the order to avoid any further delays.
  • Do you provide a Cash on Delivery (COD) option?
    No , Guddee.in doesnt provide COD payment option. Why? Because each of the product is handcrafted by artisans and we need initial funds to handle our backend and pay each one with big hearts.
  • What kind of payment methods does guddee.in accept?
    Guddee.in provides a wide variety of payment options ranging from cards to wallets. Below is a complete list of payment options that you can use at Guddee.in: Credit cards: We accept all credit cards including Visa, Master, Maestro & American Express. We also accept all domestic & international credit cards Debit cards:We accept all debit cards including Visa, Master & Maestro. We also accept all domestic & international debit cards Internet banking:We accept net banking payments for all domestic accounts. We do not have net banking facility for international accounts Wallets:We are continuously adding more & more wallets as payment options to help our customers. We accept payments through all major wallets including Google Pay, Phone Pe, Payzapp & Mobikwik If you face any payment related issues, please immediately email in support@ameforyou.com
  • Can I apply the discount code after paying?
    No you cannot apply the discount code after paying. The discount coupon code or the gift voucher needs to be applied at the time of checkout in the ‘Order Summary’ section. Once the payment is made, the discount code cannot be applied against the same order.
  • What do I do if my payment is deducted but my order is not placed?
    In rare instances when you have made the payment and have not received an order confirmation email within 24hours, hatsapp our customer care at +91 8928075806 or ping in our Live Chat support on our website between Monday to Saturday between 10.30 am to 7 pm. We will help you with the issue by connecting back with the payment gateway. If the payment is taken but not refunded and the paymnet gateway confirms that its not reached our account, give it 24 hours for the bank to credit that amount back to your account.. We will either refund your money or create an order for you, whichever you prefer. In case you are not able to connect with us via whatsapp/ live chat, please write to us at support@ameforyou.com.
  • Are my transactions & banking details secure on guddee.in?
    Our complete website is secured by an SSL encryption. The green bar that appears in your browser address bar shows ‘https’ which highlights a secure connection rather than a normal ‘http’ connection. All your data and transaction related details are accepted through the SSL protocol ensuring high level of security. We suggest that you avoid sharing details of your guddee.in account or your card details with anyone.
  • Can I replace an item?
    There are no replacements allowed as the products are 'made to order' In case of damaged, wrong product, missing or bad quality products, you can ask for a replacement, which will be done within an estimated making + delivery time as mentioned under the product details.
  • Can I return an item?
    If you don’t like the product, you can notify us within 48 hours from the date the order is delivered. In case of returns, the refund will work in the following manner: a. For broken, damaged or wrong products, you can either ask for a refund to your card, wallet or account which you originally used to make the payment. Or you can ask for an Guddee gift voucher which you can use on Guddee for a period of up to 6 months. In either case, we will process the refund or issue the gift voucher (GV) within 48-72 hours. The complaint needs to be supported by a picture of the product and needs to approved by the customer care that its eligible for refund. b. For products in good condition, if you want to return them because you didn’t like them, you won't be refunded as these are 'made-to-order' and handcrafted. Guddee.in is NOT liable to compensate in any form for any order in the following cases: a. If the complaint is made after 48 hours of the delivery date. b. If the products are delivered to an incorrect address provided by the sender. c. Unsuccessful delivery due to the recipient not being available at the address provided by the sender at the time of delivery. d. If the recipient refuses to accept the product.
  • Can you arrange return pick up?
    a. For regular pin codes, we do provide return pickups, provided you have raised the return request within 48 hours of receiving the package. b. For any return request placed post 48 bours from the date of delivery, we do not provide return pick-up facility. In such cases, you must ship the product back to us on your own only once its confirmed over mail that its eligible for return/ replacement.
  • How much time does it take to return the product & get a refund?
    a. Once you get in touch with us, if return pick up facility is available at your location, it will take 3-5 business days to arrange the return pickup. Once the product has been picked up, we process the refund within 48-72 hours. b. If yours is a remote location and you ship your product directly to our address. Once we receive the item, we process the refund within 48-72 hours.
  • How will I get to know about the refund or the gift voucher?
    As soon as we process your refund or issue you a Gift Voucher, you will receive an email from us informing you of the same. After that the refund amount will reflect into your account as per the standard interbank transaction timelines.
  • How long does it take to deliver products?
    Post the estimated making time, it generally takes 3-4 days to deliver the products. Except in case the delivery location is in remote or due to unforesenn circumstances the delivery may take upto 12 days. Any further delays are always pre-informed via mail or text.
  • Do you charge for shipping?
    Since most our products are under fragile and need secure delivery we do levy shipping charges. It would be mentioned in the Order Summary that is displayed before placing the order.
  • Will all the items that I have purchased arrive on the same day?
    No. Most of our products are dispatched from different locations to you. As a result of this, dispatches from the same vendor/ artisan from the same making time will reach to you on the same day and rest will differ.
  • How do I track my order?
    Yes you can track your order from the tracking code shared on yoir dispatch mail that will be shared as soon as each product is dispatched from their respective makers.
  • What do I do if my order shows as delivered but the recipient has not received the product?
    Such instances are usually very rare. Most of the time they occur if the courier company has handed the parcel to the person who was available to collect it. It would usually either be the concierge, reception or the security guard of your building. So please check with them once.   • Can I cancel my order?
    a. No, we don not approve of cancellations once the order is placed. b. We also do not accept partial cancellation too. (where have half ro part amount of the total order value is expected back.) c. In rare cases, if the maker hasn't began the work of your customised product then we may consider accepting cancelling of the order. In this case, (refund amount = total order value - the convenience/service fee) and it shall reflect in your orginal paymnet account within 72 hours.
